Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Farm USDC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Farm USDC Android app and related services. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Farm USDC is a gamified Android app where users watch rewarded ads, progress through farm levels, earn USDC, and withdraw earnings to a linked FaucetPay account. The app is operated by Farm USDC and hosted at farmusdc.org.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information
- Email address and password (for Firebase Authentication sign-up and sign-in)
- Firebase user ID (UID) used to identify your account
App and farm data
- Farm level, level progress, and daily ad watch counts
- USDC balance, total earned, and total withdrawn
- Transaction history (ad rewards, level-ups, withdrawals)
- Account creation timestamp
- Timestamps related to ad rewards (for rate limiting)
Farm balances and rewards are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and updated only by our server-side Cloud Functions. The app cannot directly modify balances.
FaucetPay information
- FaucetPay email address you link in the app for withdrawals
Advertising data
- Rewarded ad interactions (watching ads to earn rewards)
- Advertising ID (AD_ID) on supported devices, used by Google AdMob
- Consent choices collected through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required by law
Technical data
- Device and network information needed to connect to Firebase and load ads (e.g. internet connectivity)
- Standard server logs from Firebase and Cloud Functions (requests, errors, timestamps)
3. How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Track farm progress, ad limits, and USDC earnings
- Process withdrawals to your linked FaucetPay account
- Display rewarded ads and measure ad delivery
- Prevent abuse (e.g. ad rate limits, server-side validation)
- Operate, maintain, and improve the app and backend services
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party providers that may process your data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Functions. Firebase Privacy
- Google AdMob — Rewarded ads and ad measurement. Google Privacy Policy
- FaucetPay — USDC payout processing when you withdraw. FaucetPay Privacy Policy
AdMob may use your advertising ID and device information to serve and personalize ads, subject to your consent choices where applicable. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data storage and retention
Your account and farm data are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) in the United States. We retain your data while your account is active. Transaction records may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request account deletion (see Section 8).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules (balances writable only by server functions), and HTTPS for all network communication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
Farm USDC is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data (e.g. update your FaucetPay email in the app)
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw advertising consent via your device settings or in-app consent flows
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable under GDPR or similar laws
To request account deletion, follow the steps on our account deletion page. For other privacy requests, email xfhstudiosx@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International users
If you use Farm USDC from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to protect your data in line with this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on https://farmusdc.org/privacy.html and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
