Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Farm USDC account and the personal data we store about you. This page explains how to submit a request, what we delete, and what we may keep for legal or security reasons.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email from the address linked to your Farm USDC account to xfhstudiosx@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Farm USDC Account Deletion Request.
- In the message, include the email address you used to sign up in the app.
- We will verify that you own the account and confirm deletion within 30 days.
- After deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. You may sign up again later with a new account if you choose.
Data that will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we delete:
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email and login credentials)
- Your farm profile (level, progress, balances, ad counts)
- Your linked FaucetPay email address stored in our database
- Your in-app transaction history (ad rewards, level-ups, withdrawals)
- Account creation and activity timestamps tied to your user ID
Data that may be kept

Data processed by third parties (Google AdMob, Google Firebase infrastructure logs, FaucetPay payout systems) is also subject to those providers' own retention policies. We do not control how long they retain data.
Before you delete your account
- Withdraw your balance first. If you have USDC in your account, withdraw it to FaucetPay before requesting deletion. Deleted accounts cannot be restored and unpaid balances may be forfeited.
- Deletion is permanent. Your farm level, earnings history, and linked FaucetPay email will be removed and cannot be recovered.
